We are the Gym Flooring specialist since 1983.
PaviFLEX is the main spanish gym flooring manufacturer. More than 35 years producing rubber and EVA sheets provides us the right knowledge to offer the best flooring solution for each sport activity.
The best floor for each activity, as comfortable as anyone could train barefoot on it. Produced in Spain with a high density powerful non-marking virgin rubber, PaviFLEX flooring is so elastic that will return the energy of the impact and will reduce the risk of injuries when training. It is made for intensive use so it is resistant and durable as no other in the market, it absorbs the impacts acting as an excellent acoustic isolation material, with the optimum friction coefficient for each sport activity. It is water proof, very easy to clean and maintain, and the installation is really easy, just puzzle interlock the tiles on a clean and plain surface, you do not need to glue. PaviFLEX is fully customizable in colors, finishings and markings with insertions so they will never go away.

All Flooring in PaviFLEX are produced with impermeable non-porous virgin rubber, safer and much more hygienic than any other, no water, liquid or sweat can penetrate in them, avoiding bad odours and easing the cleaning and disinfection.
Our floors are bacterial resistant so they inhibit the growth of microorganisms and you can clean and disinfect them with many of the different cleaning and disinfectant products existing in the market.
We are VEGAN APPROVED Company & RCS Certified. Our products are FORMAMIDE FREE and DO NOT CONTAIN PAH's, they are certified as Low Emission of Volatile Organic Compounds, reaching the International requirements.
Our flooring are finished in tiles 1x1m. with four sides puzzle for an easy interlocking system without glueing.

We offer two types of compact rubber products. One solution in virgin rubber with premium finishes and another cheaper SUSTAINABLE solution using the left over from our own production. All PaviFLEX flooring are produced in different thicknesses and properties depending on the use or activity that is going to be performed.
