From commitment to circularity...
The technical knowledge, traceability and control we maintain over our flooring from the moment it is manufactured allow us to move towards a new circular model.
By recovering our own products at the end of their service life, we know precisely the composition and quality of the material returning to our process, avoiding mixtures of unknown origin and ensuring its correct transformation.
This is how PaviFLEX Circular was born: an initiative designed to close the rubber loop and transform used flooring into raw material for new solutions, while maintaining the standards of quality, safety and performance that define PaviFLEX and making our flooring 100% recyclable.
PaviFlex Circular
PaviFLEX Circular represents our vision for the future: high-performance flooring designed not only to support every workout, but also to begin again.
At PaviFLEX, we believe that the end of a floor’s service life can mark the beginning of a new one.
That is why we have developed a system to recover our own rubber flooring during the renovation of a facility, reprocess the material and reincorporate it into future PaviFLEX solutions.
From used flooring to new raw material.
By recovering only products manufactured by PaviFLEX, we know their composition, origin and quality from the very beginning.
This control helps us avoid mixtures with unknown materials, ensure greater traceability and protect the performance of future flooring solutions.
We renew your flooring. We collect the old one.
Our proposal goes beyond simply recycling the material. We aim to integrate the collection of used flooring into the renovation service itself, making it easier for customers to remove the old floor and return the rubber to our production process*
New flooring. Removal of the old floor. Material recovery.
Closing the loop.
We collect. We classify. We transform. We reincorporate.
A model designed to reduce waste, make better use of resources and move towards a more circular fitness industry.

*Collection conditions will be assessed individually for each customer, coordinating deliveries and removals whenever possible to minimise the CO₂ emissions generated during transport.
